Besan Chilla:



Nutrition : Besan or gram flour is rich in protein and the vegetables added in it is rich in vitamins. What a wonderful way to begin your day.

Ingredients:

1 cup gram flour or besan

2 green chilly

1 small onion

1 tomatoes

1 table spoon chopped coriander leaves.

1 teaspoon oil


Method

Take a cup of gram flour add green chilly, chopped onion, tomatoes,  coriander leaves and a teaspoon of oil. Heat a pan and make a pancake by adding some oil. Cook for few minutes and its ready to eat.
